Steps to recreate the error:
> Create a new form object that contains contacts related fields by default.
Throwing "UncaaughtPromiseError > KeyNotFoundError" error when attempting to edit the Action of the form field
> Edit the action of any field and modify the Action of that field from its default value of "Send an Email" to other actions such as "Create Contact" or "Create Visitor-Interest-Form".
> It throws the below exception:
