Hi All,

I have activated "Send quotations your customer can approve & pay online (advanced)” in order to be able to work with quotation templates.

What I experience is that the quotation template only works when the language of the user is equal to the language of the customer. For instance when I’m logged in English and the language of the customer is also English, the quotation template is activated and order lines are created based on it.

But when the language of the user is let’s say French (and I’m still logged in in English), then the quotation template does not work.

Am I missing something?
