Odoo V9 Calendar customization - We need to have appointments presented in columns, the grouping will be done by a field. This way we will see the appointments of each department per column and easily.

We need to have appointments presented in columns, the grouping will be done by a field. This way we will see the appointments of each department per column and easily.

This is very important in order to spot empty slots and schedule new.

Anyone knows how we can do this?
