Odoo Mobile app support

I need to know clarification about Odoo enterprise v.15
1. we want to use on premise setup  Odoo enterprise v.15 module then can we use Odoo mobile App?
2. IF we go for Odoo.sh then we want our database (postgresql) to be stores on AWS cloud sever, can it saved & odoo.sh  will give us rebranding facility like owned website domain name & odoo app brand name as our firm brand name

Answer:
yes, of course you can use odoo mobile app which can be access via local area as well as out side of your premise if you can assign static ip to your local odoo server.
