I am analyzing the features of ODOO for use in the manufacturing industry. More specific the high-tech discreet manufacturing industry. I followed several tutorials and I happen to like a lot of the features and functionality.

One feature on my list is missing: planning with capabilities. Can I create a skill set and assign that as required to an operation and plan employees or a group with those skills against a job?

An example:
To finish a task in a cleanroom, an employee has to be certified to proof he/she has the skills needed to do so.
- The skill required for the job is 'cleanroom certified'
- Only a few employees are 'cleanroom certified'
- MRP is restricted to plan only with the available 'cleanroom certified' employees
