Hi all

 

i want to have mor the one webside. It means NOT different versions of the website but really differnt websites on the intranet.

This means:

one website only for the customers as a information site for products or anything like this. And a shop only used by the internal / store customers (not used in the internet)

One website only for the the stuff with all company internal informations which they need

one or more website for externals published in the internet

 

I can not found any explanation of this or configuration.

Now the question is: How can i do so as descripted?

At the moment you can set up only one website per database. For your requirements you should study the features of "portal", which I do not know in details at the moment. If it should not be sufficient, you can explore the possibilities of the "t-if" statements together with corresponding user groups in order to make the ../shop  page only accessible to a certain user group.

Thanks for the answer. Portal is not the right one.

The system is predesitinated for an informations system for customers within oure stores but it is very pity that we have to decide using of Intranet for Staff or use it for Customers

I do not see a true problem to realize your requirements, but I think you have to interpret your requirements according to the philosophy of odoo. And for that you may need sometimes to dig a little deeper, atleast according to my newbie experience.

Yes. It's realy true with the philosophy. I'm new on Odoo and it is totaly different compared to other ERP systems i know. I try to go deeper but it is complicated for an normal user. because the documentation is mostly for developers and not for users

Use a subdomain to create a new database and create the website.
