Can anyone help me understand where is an option for adding with-holding tax on odoo invoice payments rather than posting entries manually?

The scenario comes when customer pays invoice amount which is 5% less than an invoiced amount because they considered deducting 5% wh tax. Now in Odoo when registering payments there is no option to specify where to post the remaining amounts or keep open just like what we used to do on older versions.

So, did they remove that functionality or is it on somewhere else that I'm not aware of?
