I have an odoo account and web domen, it's running on a server. I want to debug odoo and add automatic backups, so I want to run it on a local machine host. How to do it?

I don't need to do a registration of a new company, because I already have it as a database, because it's already exists. I just need to log in to odoo and run it on a local server, but I can't find a way to do so

Hi,

If you are looking to set up odoo in your local machine, you can get a lot of tutorials explaining the same, just search for installation steps by specifying your operating system.

If you are using ubuntu, you can check this installation script: https://github.com/Yenthe666/InstallScript

Once you installed and set up odoo, you can take a backup of your db from your current instance and restore it in your newly made local instance.
