i joined odoo with a free trial, then 20 hours before the trial expired, i bought the subscription via website with a credit card on Sept 2 2023, then i thought its all good, but when i checked again on Sept 4th 2023, my database is blocked. then i sent an email support to odoo. which is until today, no response, nothing. then i tried to find help on this forum, well i got responses, but not that help. yesterday i got contact with the sales rep who assist me how to be odoo partner, she said that my transaction on Sept 2 was cancelled, the payment was initiated but not charged. but in reality, my credit card was charged. the email confirmation i got on Sept 2nd was only Odoo SA Pending Order, which is i dont know, how it can be a pending order, while i did online transaction. so today i went rage, and contact everyone in odoo. finally, the sales rep get in touch with me again, and she will open ticket, and self subscription is covered by Belgium office. while another odoo rep saying that my payment was stuck, i should check with my bank. fine, i checked with my bank. my bank said its actually pending from odoo side, they need to verify the payment. so not so long after the sales rep told me she will raise ticket, an email subscription confirmation came to my email. i got my subscription code. then i think, finally the drama is stop. but no, its still continue. i tried to link my database to my subscription, it always return to odoo homepage and my database is still blocked. then the sales rep said, my database is probably deleted, i need to make new trial database then link my subscription again. i was like, no way, i put my effort and time there to build my website. then u told me to build my website from scratch again. its not fair! i have paid my subscription before the trial ended, why should i make a new database instead???? fortunately i built the website by myself, IF i bought services from 3rd party to build my website, it means i need to pay another services right because of my website got deleted??? im so disappointed on how odoo treat the customer. plus today, before i went rage and got my subscription, i tried to charge once more the subscription, the feedback is still the same, my payment is pending. i dunno why, really, i often did transaction from merchants abroad too, and those transactions were ok, no problem, but why its so difficult to transact with odoo. if my bank was the problem one, my other transactions would be also pending / got problem. i dont ask much really. i just want my website is back! thats it.

then, another funny thing... my subscription date is back date to Sept 2. which lol i waste 5 days already, and if i didnt go rage emailing everyone i can today, im not sure either my subscription code will be released. how awesome is that!
