How can i make payroll calculate the payslip based on the contract date? Odoo12

I have an employee that started the middle of the month. So when i did his payslip the wage came as it is no deduction of the days that he didn't attend.

Second, when i tried to combine 3 months salaries from a certain date to another the payslip gave me as it is one salary.

Please help
