Clear browser cache and cookies or try using a different browser.

Ensure you're logged into your Odoo.com account and have a complete billing profile (check under My Account).

Verify payment method compatibility (check if your card is accepted, or try a different payment method).

Try from a different network (e.g., switch from corporate VPN to personal network).

It looks like you're encountering a company-related error when trying to purchase "Scale-Up! The Business Game" from the Odoo store. This issue typically arises when there are inconsistencies in the company records associated with the sales order and the delivery method. Here are some steps to help you resolve this:

Steps to Resolve the Error

  1. Check Company Settings:
    • Ensure that your user account is linked to the correct company in Odoo. Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Users, and verify that your user is assigned to the right company.
  2. Verify Product and Delivery Settings:
    • Make sure that the product you are trying to purchase is configured for the same company as your user account. Check the product settings in Sales > Products.
  3. Review Delivery Methods:
    • Check the delivery methods you are using. Go to Inventory > Configuration > Delivery Methods and ensure that the selected delivery method is associated with the same company.
  4. Create a New Sales Order:
    • Sometimes, creating a new sales order can help. Go to Sales > Orders > Sales Orders, and try to create a new order with the correct company settings.
  5. Contact Odoo Support:
    • If the issue persists, it might be beneficial to reach out to Odoo support for assistance. Provide them with the error message and any relevant details about your account and the transaction.
