Step 1: Double-check the email address of the customer or vendor you're sending the quotation/PO to. Ensure there are no hidden line breaks or extra spaces within the address.
Step 2: Go to Settings > Technical > Email > Email Templates.
Open the template used for sending quotations/POs.
Look for any unexpected line breaks or carriage return characters within the template content. These might be hidden and not readily visible. You can try copying and pasting the content into a plain text editor to identify any formatting issues.
If you find any, edit the template and remove those characters.
