We're on v13 and would like to remove the email header and footer that are automatically added by Odoo and that can not be edited in the email templates. Does anyone know where the email header and footer are located in the code and/or how they can be disabled?

I think this is the template which is adding header/footer and body in the email.
Make sure to not remove the <div t-raw="message.body"/> from the template.
