I would like to change the content of the email that is sent after a donation is made. I contacted support who sent documentation on how to edit in Developer mode. I followed the exact instructions, which were rather basic. However, when a donation is made, the default email continues to be sent. I am curious if anyone else has experienced this and how it was resolved. We are a charitable organization and would like to automate donation receipts.

We are using Odoo online version 17.4.
