Odoo said in the experience days that odoo 11 Entreprise is more Faster 3 times than odoo 10, odoo 11 CE can be concerned by this estimation or no?

CE edition also uses phyton 3 now and as Fabien was mentioned in some mailinglist EE and CE editions uses same core, so yes it is 3 times faster.
But while using V11 CE cannot experience the improvement in speed. Have to check in time of report generation or with the db contains lot of data. Whether the X faster is there or not.
The speed is comparatively good in Odoo11 than Odoo 10, but I don't know whether this performance lasts when data builds up in the DB.
