A product record has all these 3 fields, which is the difference ?

Hello Alessandro Fiorino,
List_price is a price at which the product is sold to the customer
Lst_price is a catalog price for a template, but including extra for variants
Price is a total template price which depends on contexts like partners, pricelist and quantity. Basically, it is the final price after discounts, adding quantities, etc.
Looking at the fields list of model product.template, in V13
it seems it will be one-product template. and other for product variant.
where you find these prices?

list_price is base price for computing the customer price and lst_price is calculated based on list_price, Uom, price_margin, price_extra.
Strings are different for both the fields,such as "Sale Price" is used for the list_price.
