Hello,
I am struggling to find where to manage website user accounts. I'm using Odoo 10 CE and cannot find where to configure website app to allow users to create their account.
Could some one point me to the right direction ?

Hi,
Go to Settings -> General Settings .
Here tick the allow external users to sign up
