Is there a way to autoforward incoming email/messages?  We are using odoo online.


We need a way to forward any incoming messages to a general customer service email address so that people that are not followers can check the messages and respond.  For instance, a customer replies to a sales quote with a question.  The person who entered the order and sent it is not in the office, so will not see the reply.   If it is forwarded to another email address, someone else will see it and get the customer taken care of.
