Hi,
Yes, you can import purchase invoices into Odoo from an Excel file.
Go to Purchases → Vendor Bills and click Import at the top.
Odoo accepts both CSV and Excel (XLS/XLSX) files for import.
Ensure your file includes required fields like vendor, date, product, quantity, unit price, and tax.
Column names should match Odoo’s field names, or you can map them during the import wizard.
Make sure tax codes in your file match the codes configured in Odoo.
Include the Journal field or ensure the default purchase journal is set correctly; imported invoices will post to the journal after validation.
After import, validate the invoices to create the accounting entries in the purchase journal automatically.
