📅 Timeline
- 23 March 2025: Last date to register
- 29 March 2025 (7 PM): Announcement of Top 50 Teams
- 05 & 06 April 2025: Hackathon for Top 50 Teams at SVNIT, Surat
👥 Eligibility
- Open for all tech students, freshers, and coding enthusiasts
- No prior experience required – just your passion for coding!
- Teams of up to 4 members are allowed
- All programming languages are welcome

🏆 Winner: ₹45,000 Cash Prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
🥈 First Runner-up: ₹35,000 Cash Prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
🥉 Second Runner-up: ₹25,000 Cash Prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
🎖️ Top Teams will be invited to visit Odoo India HQ + Internship and employment offer (based on eligibility)
📜 All Participants (Top 50 Teams) will receive a Participation Certificate
🌐 Challenge Format
- Choose a Problem Statement from the provided list.
- Prepare an Idea Document explaining your approach and complete the registration.
- Top 50 Teams will be selected based on the submitted proposals and invited to the final offline round at SVNIT, Surat.
- Strictly No Pre-Written Codes are allowed for the offline competition.

📝 Registration Process
- Registration is Free & Mandatory for the First Phase.
- Prepare & Upload the Idea Document on Google Drive and share the open-access link while registering.
- Every team leader must register for their team members as per team size.
- Selected Top 50 Teams will receive detailed schedules and necessary instructions via email.
- Final Round Registration Fees: ₹200 per person (applicable only for the 50 teams selected for the final round at SVNIT, Surat).

Organisations right to accept registrations
The organiser reserves the right to refuse or accept any participation request.
Participants' right to image
Each participant agrees to be photographed and filmed during the hackathon and acknowledges that the photographs and videos may be used for the creation of communication supports.
Care for material & equipment
Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any materials or equipment provided during the event. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial liability for the participant.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.
Intellectual Property
Participants retain intellectual property rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to showcase and promote their project.
