About the Challenge 💪
Coding marathon where talent meets technology and innovation knows no bounds. This is your chance to showcase your skills as a coder for crafting groundbreaking solutions.
Timeline
- 20 December 2024 to 16 February 2025: Registration Window
- 21 February 2025 (7 pm): Announcement of Top 75 teams
- 01 March 2025 (8 AM) - 02 March 2025 (2 PM): Hackathon for Top 75 Teams at CHARUSAT University Campus
Eligibility 👥
- Open for all tech students, freshers and coding enthusiasts
- No prior experience required
- Teams of up to 04 members allowed
- All coding languages are welcome! (Python & JavaScript are preferred)
Prizes 🎉
- Winner: 45,000/- cash prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
- First Runner-up: 35,000/- cash prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
- Second Runner-up: 25,000/- cash prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
- Fourth, Fifth, Sixth & Seventh teams will receive the 10,000/- cash prize each team + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
- Top 07 Teams will be invited to Odoo India Hq for 'Odoo Visit' & an opportunity for internship at Odoo based on eligibility
- All Participants will be awarded with the 'Participation Certificate'
Challenge Format 🌐
- Choose any one problem statement from under mentioned problems, prepare the idea document and complete the registration process.
- Based on submitted proposals, top 75 teams will be selected for the final offline round for the hackathon at CHARUSAT University Campus.
- No pre-written codes are allowed for the offline competition.

Registration 📝
- Registration is free and mandatory.
- Prepare & upload the idea document on Google drive & share the link while registering (make sure link is having open access).
- Team leader need to buy tickets as per the team size and complete the registration process on behalf of his/her team members (Max. 04 members are allowed in a single team).
- Selected top 75 teams will be communicated detailed schedule and necessary instructions via email.
- INR 200/- (per person) is registration fees: only for selected 75 teams' members coming for the final round on 01 - 02 March 2025.

Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any materials or equipment provided during the event. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial liability for the participant.
All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.
Participants retain intellectual property rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to showcase and promote their project.
