📅 Timeline

• 06 July 2025 (11:30 PM): Last date to register
• 12 July 2025 (10 AM to 6 PM): First Round (Virtually)
• 18 July 2025 (7 PM): Announcement of Top 250 Teams for final round
• 11 - 12 August 2025: Final Round (Offline) for Top 250 Teams at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. 

📝 Registration Process (only for team leaders)

• Registration is Free & Mandatory. 
• Registration Process:
• Only one person per team (the team leader) needs to register for the whole team.
• • Click the Register button.
  • Select the number of tickets based on how many people are in your team. (Min. 01 & Max. 04 members are allowed per team)
  • Fill in the required team details and submit the form.
  • That’s it – one simple entry for the entire team
  • Write your company's name /college /university name in 'Company' field of registration form
• Registered Teams will receive necessary instructions via email after registration deadline.

👥 Eligibility 

• Open for all tech students, freshers, and coding enthusiasts
• No prior experience required – just your passion for coding!
• Teams of up to 4 members are allowed
• All programming languages are welcome

🥈 First Runner-up: ₹ 1,00,000 Cash Prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate

🎖️ Top performing teams/Individuals selected by Odoo will be considered for Internship and employment offer (based on eligibility)

📜 Final round participants (top 250 Teams) will receive a Participation Certificate

🌐 Challenge Format

• Get ready with your coding skills and best teammates to tackle a surprise problem statement, which will be revealed in the morning of the first (virtual) round. Develop your best solution within 8 hours and submit it online.
• The top 250 teams will be selected based on their performance in the virtual round and invited to the final (offline) round, Gandhinagar.
• Also, in the final round problem statement will be announced on the morning of 11 August 2025.

Terms & Conditions

Organisations right to accept registrations

The organizer reserves the right to refuse or accept any participation request.

Participants' right to image

Each participant agrees to be photographed and filmed during the hackathon and acknowledges that the photographs and videos may be used for the creation of communication supports.

Care for material & equipment

Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any materials or equipment provided during the event. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial liability for the participant.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.

Intellectual Property

Participants retain intellectual property rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to showcase and promote their project.

Jury’s Decision

The jury's decision shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable. No appeals, disputes, or reconsiderations will be entertained under any circumstances.
