09 - 10 November 2024: 24 Hours of hackathon for Top 50 Teams at IIT Gandhinagar
Eligibility 👥
- Open for all tech students, freshers and coding enthusiasts
- No prior experience required
- Teams of up to 04 members allowed
- All coding languages are welcome! (Python & JavaScript are preferred)
Prizes 🎉
- Winner: 45,000/- cash prize + Odoo goodies + certificate
- First Runner-up: 35,000/- cash prize + Odoo goodies + certificate
- Second Runner-up: 25,000/- cash prize + Odoo goodies + certificate
- Top 07 teams will receive the Odoo Goodies + certificate
- Top 07 Teams will be invited to Odoo India Hq for 'Odoo Visit' & an opportunity for internship at Odoo based on eligibility
All Participants will be awarded with the 'Participation Certificate'
Challenge Format 🌐
- Choose any one problem statement from below mentioned three problems, prepare the proposal document and complete the registration process.
- Based on submitted proposals, top 50 teams will be selected for the final offline round for 24 hours of non stop hackathon at IIT Gandhinagar campus.
- Selected 50 teams will get a distinct opportunity to be mentored by IIT Gandhinagar Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (IIEC), Odoo experts and various prominent personalities.
- No pre-written codes are allowed for the offline competition.
Problem statements & guidelines to draft your Idea Document 💻
Registration 📝
- Initial registration is free and mandatory.
- Upload the problem statement proposal document on Google drive & share the link while registering (make sure link is having open access)
- Any one from the team member has to do the registration process on behalf of other team members (max 04 members in a single team)
- Selected top 50 teams, coming for the offline round need to do payment of INR 250/- at the venue (IIT - Gandhinagar) on 08 November 2024 before the offline hackathon starts.

Terms & Conditions
The organizer reserves the right to refuse or accept any participation request.
Each participant agrees to be photographed and filmed during the hackathon and acknowledges that the photographs and videos may be used for the creation of communication supports.
Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any materials or equipment provided during the event. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial liability for the participant.
All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.
Participants retain intellectual property rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to showcase and promote their project.
Participants are responsible for the security and care of their laptops and necessary equipment brought to the hackathon. The organizer bears no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.
