Every time I write an email from Odoo Helpdesk (answer my customer), there's this email template that I cannot edit. It adds a button "View Helpdesk Ticket" at the top of the message and a note which says from which domain it was sent.
Right now, it looks like the translation of those texts is taken from the language the user has set in their Odoo. But is it possible to change it so it takes the translation of the language that is set on the customer?
Sometimes it happens that people from my Helpdesk Team have set Polish as their Odoo language, but they communicate with the customers in English. Then the texts in Polish confuse our customers.
