Hello Odoo people,

Could you please advise on how to find a reliable Odoo partner?

The challenge is that my customers are very small and have very limited budgets — typically around £50–£100, sometimes up to £200 — mostly for basic website adjustments, document styles (invoices, quotes, etc.), and small tweaks. It’s unlikely that official Odoo partners would be interested in this kind of work, but I would still like to find someone reliable with whom I can build a meaningful working relationship.

I’ve tried Facebook and received a flood of offers from freelance Odoo developers (mostly from India, Pakistan, and Arab countries). They seemed very friendly, but I had concerns about the quality of work and whether they could truly deliver results.

I haven’t yet tried platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, or FlexJobs. I’m not sure if they’re suitable for this kind of task, although they tend to work well for small jobs in general.

Are there any other platforms or approaches you’d recommend?

Thanks!

'Are there any other platforms or approaches you’d recommend?' Payment according to your requirement.

No, for real, I don't think you can ask for high-end, reliable, senior-skilled Odoo developers for that amount. Just setting up your customers database locally for proper testing and coordinating, apparently with a man-in-the-middle, will render the potential 200 bucks for the most companies completely uninteresting. 50 even more so. In my opinion your offering doesn't match your expectations. Freelancers is the most you can expect with all the ups and downs this will imply. If the freelancer is on a holiday, s/he is on a holiday, no matter what your clients task may be, for example.
ERP development will require a certain budget - no matter if it's open or closed source.

Your situation calls for affordable yet reliable help — a challenge that mirrors Geometry Arrow, where precision matters more than raw power. With a budget of £50–£200, your best bet is to explore freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or PeoplePerHour. These allow you to vet freelancers by reviews, delivery history, and portfolios.

Hi Saulius,

Tough spot to be low budget and need high quality service. Check out my website, I offer a lower pricepoint for Odoo services. If you book a meeting or send me an email, I can review your customer's requests.
