I am using OnSIP and have it configured to work properly for outgoing and incoming calls. However, the phone number format pushed in from OnSIP for caller ID does not contain any spaces or the plus for the contry code. So, Odoo is not matching the incoming call to an existing contact.


I can even create a new contact from the incoming call, but that contact is not matched on the followup incoming calls since Odoo is forcing the phone number format to use the plus sign and spaces.


Is there a way to modify the incoming phone number format so that Odoo can match the calls to an existing contact?

Two years later is there any solution for this? I have the same problem with my provider FusionPBX.
