The Challenge

Pacific NV relied heavily on Excel spreadsheets to manage its day-to-day operations — including sales, purchases, inventory, and production. While functional, this manual approach created inefficiencies, limited visibility, and made it difficult to coordinate between departments.

Already an Odoo Accounting user, Pacific NV wanted to extend the platform to the entire value chain to centralize operations, automate workflows, and gain real-time control over production and stock movements.
