Hi,

I have a problem with odoo live chat JUST for a particular user, the chat tab is keeping empty after sending any msg.

For the other users the chat work correctly.

Any suggestion how to solve this  ?

Bedste svar

There could be issues due to the number of tabs open in his browser (if there are many).

Ask the user to close all his browser tabs and to only open the one with the livechat.
This user should also try the livechat in runbot at runbot.odoo.com in v13 to see if he has the same problem in testing environment.
