Integrated Well Services & Solutions (IWSS) is a leading provider of well services, specializing

in drilling, testing, and well intervention, with expertise in artificial lift, wireline, and fluid

sampling. They were facing difficulties in managing job costing for each project, along with

tracking revenue and costs accurately. The lack of streamlined workflows made it hard to

generate accurate sales analysis reports.

To solve these issues, Synavos implemented Odoo with CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and

Accounting modules. This integrated solution improved job costing, revenue tracking, and

provided accurate sales analysis reports to streamline their entire workflow.
