Sapentia have customised a Charity Supporter Relationship Management (CRM) system for the trust to help ensure they can keep their supporters up to date with the latest events and initiatives, make it easier for people to donate and support the incredible work that the Trust undertakes to support Cancer treatment centres, cancer patients and their families.The Stan Bowley Trust aims to raise money, increase awareness of CyberKnife treatments, The new Odoo CRM system provided by Sapentia will help the charity to capitalise on every opportunity, saving the charity a huge amount of admin time, spread the word to more families who need their help and support and raise more funds for this important treatment. Stichting Je Leefstijl Als Medicijn is dé actiënten-organisatie van Nederland (ANBI). Actiënten zijn mensen die zélf regie nemen over hun gezondheid — door actief aan de slag te gaan met hun leefstijl. De stichting ondersteunt met inspirerende supportgroepen, toegankelijke informatie en wetenschappelijk onderbouwde kennis. De administratie werd gevoerd in Snelstart maar daar groeide de Stichting uit omdat er meer moest worden geadministreerd op begroting cq project niveau. Na het zien van diverse Odoo video’s werd snel duidelijk dat Odoo helemaal past bij de Stichting: ‘’een geweldig product’’. De eigen software kan nu optimaal worden geïntegreerd met de API en open source functie van Odoo. De voorzitter van de stichting is financieel onderlegd en kan heel veel zelf, voor de puntjes op de i vertrouwd hij op de financiële kennis/consultancy van de medewerkers van dooIT. Stitch the Gap CIC
Stitch the Gap is a not-for-profit social enterprise delivering a mental health and environmental impact at the grassroots of our communities. Like Calibrate, they have been selected for the RBS Accelerator Programme, and they were interested in what Odoo would do for their initiative.“Unbelievable” was the post demo response, and Stitch the Gap quickly realised savings on the multiple apps they were using, and rattled up the website, event booking, e-commerce, contacts, crm.
