Grand Blue City Development

Grand Blue City (GBC) Development, a subsidiary of Oman Investment Authority, a real estate development company in the Sultanate of Oman.

The company is spearheading a $37.5 Billion re-envisioned water-inspired mega mixed-use 'Integrated Tourism Complex' (ITC) to be developed along a 14km stretch of coastline covering an area of 32 million square meters located in Al Sawadi coastal region in Barka, Al Batinah Governorate; just 70km from Muscat International Airport. 

Currently under construction within the development is a world-class leisure entertainment hub anchored by the first and largest theme park and water park complex in Oman, along with two hotels developed by sister company Muscat National Development and Investment Company (ASAAS).
