Initially, the company’s activity has been in the marketing of various materials for ventilation and air conditioning. With increasing demand from customers, the company has been developing by adopting installations and creating a whole production sector. Klimateknika sh.p.k. designs, implements and maintains heating systems, ventilation, air conditioning and solar thermal systems, including civil and industrial applications, in line with the Albanian and European energy efficiency standards. In its beginnings, the company has implemented Fuji Electric’s air conditioning systems and Casals for ventilation equipment. Based on the most advanced technology and with the skilled staff of experienced engineers, it is available not only for the Albanian market but also abroad for the installation of HVAC systems and accessories production.Klimateknika is one of the largest companies in the country in the sale and distribution of air conditioners and parts. Klimateknika contacted us at a time when they were disappointed with the use of 2 software, one for sales and distribution and one for accounting. The entire company trusted us and internal management through Odoo.

Landways International (ex Albania Experience) is an Albanian based company, established in 1995 with a sole founder and owner, Gazmend Haxhia, who continues to be the sole shareholder and Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Landways is now one of the most dynamic ground operators in the Balkans and Southeastern Europe.Landways International was born out of a rising market demand for simple services such as accommodation and ticketing. In the beginning, Landways International operated solely in Albania, offering mainly hotel accommodation, airfare ticketing and tourist packages. In just a couple of years, Landways International became the main ground operator in Kosovo, Montenegro and Macedonia, providing services to foreign tourists as well as the several important international institutions located in Albania at the time.
Keeping up with the market growth and eager to satisfy customer demands, over the years, the company added many other services to its portfolio, expanding to more specialized services such as incentives, staff retreats, conferences, events, and more.
As true pioneers in the tourism industry, Landways International understood fairly quickly that Albania represented too small of a market, resulting in geographical expansion of the company to markets like Finland, Germany, Austria (in Europe) and Japan (in Asia). M2R SHPK
M2R-Shpk was born in 2012 from a long experience in Italy. The possibility to carry out mechanical metal production or processing on behalf of third parties resulted materialized immediately.M2R-Shpk is presented to potential customers with a warehouse of about 2500 square meters, with cutting, welding, cleaning, painting and packaging machines.
Since 2017, M2R-Shpk has moved to new facilities in Manez, Durrës, on a land area of about 10,000 square meters of land and about 3,000 square meters. After using several local systems in Albania and excel for keeping company data, M2R had the need to manage the entire business in a single platform and for this reason M2R entrusted us with their project and the management of their company and their finances. Based on our 10-year experience with the production company M2R entrusted us with this very important process for their company and management through ODOO.

From the outset, the resort faced operational challenges due to reliance on three disparate software systems: a point-of-sale (POS) solution for services, a property management system (PMS) for hotel operations, and local accounting software for financial management. The visionary owner possesses a strong background in mathematics and data science, fueling his ambition to consolidate all resort operations into a single, integrated platform. His goal was to create a comprehensive dashboard that would enable him to oversee and manage all resort data effortlessly.
When we first connected with the owner and discussed his vision, we recognized the complexity of the project ahead. Despite the challenges, we firmly believed in Odoo's capability to transform their operations and fulfil their aspirations.
Our collaboration began with an in-depth analysis of all operational facets. We conducted thorough meetings with each department, meticulously assessing their unique needs and requirements. After ten months of intensive collaboration and a shared passion for excellence, we successfully transitioned Maritim Marina Bay from their legacy systems to Odoo. This comprehensive implementation encompassed two restaurants, two beach bars, two pool bars, a lounge, and a hotel with over 150 rooms, as well as the finance and maintenance departments.
The dedication and effort invested in this project have filled us with immense pride as we have enabled Maritim Marina Bay to realise its vision. Through its partnership with DEKRA, Noa Dekra has emerged as the foremost inspection company in Albania, renowned for its commitment to high standards and quality assurance, securing its position as a market leader.Upon our initial engagement, Noa Dekra was utilising an outdated local accounting system to manage its financial operations. Recognizing the challenges posed by their expanding business and the pressing need for digital transformation, it became clear that they required a comprehensive ERP solution to sustain their growth and operational efficiency. While they had prior experience with SAP, they sought a more flexible solution that could offer a broader array of functionalities tailored to their specific business needs. They were generally aware of Odoo but wanted clarity on its full potential.
In response, we proposed an all-in-one Odoo solution, incorporating a variety of applications tailored to their departmental workflows. While Noa Dekra was eager to proceed, they set a challenging timeline for implementation. We advised that achieving this ambitious deadline would necessitate adherence to our established implementation methodology, and their readiness to embrace this challenge was commendable.
