About the Project:

With implementation of their business processes through modules such as Contacts, Sales, Purchase, Subscriptions, Accounting and others with tailored reports and dashboards they are really in control of day to day business and clients needs.

  • The Odoo implementation also included a comprehensive integration with the existing subscription management ecosystem, enabling seamless and automated invoicing. This integration significantly reduced manual work and ensured greater accuracy in invoicing subscription services.

  • By implementing key business processes through a wide range of Odoo modules, including Contacts (CRM), Sales, Purchase, Subscriptions and Accounting, and using customized reports and dashboards, the company gained true, centralized control over its daily operations and customer needs. 

This integrated solution provides accurate insight into key metrics, workflow optimization, and a better understanding of customers, leading to more efficient operations and improved responsiveness to market opportunities.

Z implementacijo svojih poslovnih procesov prek modulov, kot so Stiki, Prodaja, Nakup, Naročnine, Računovodstvo in drugi, s prilagojenimi poročili in nadzornimi ploščami, imajo sedaj resnično nadzor nad vsakodnevnim poslovanjem in potrebami strank.

  • Implementacija Odoo je vključevala tudi celovito integracijo z obstoječim ekosistemom za upravljanje naročnin, kar je omogočilo brezhibno in avtomatizirano izdajanje računov. Ta integracija je bistveno zmanjšala ročno delo in zagotovila večjo natančnost pri fakturiranju naročniških storitev.

  • Z implementacijo ključnih poslovnih procesov prek širokega nabora Odoo modulov, vključno s Stiki (CRM), Prodajo, Nabavo, Naročninami in Računovodstvom, ter z uporabo prilagojenih poročil in nadzornih plošč, je podjetje pridobilo resničen, centraliziran nadzor nad svojim vsakodnevnim poslovanjem in potrebami strank.
