Hi,
the link you provided is not getting the screenshot from it,
If you are facing a format issue or the style of the report is not in the correct format Please verify that all the URLs in the system parameter are same as your URL Settings -> Technical -> parameters -> system parameters
On searching URL you can see the below options. verify the URLs are same as your URL

Ensure you have the report.url parameter value is correctly set inside the system parameters.
To verify it, you can navigate to settings -> technical ---> system parameters and search for report.url key and ensure the value set is your domain name or ip
If this is set right and still facing issue, the issue might be then with the wkhtmltopdf package
