Can anyone explain or describe to me different points that have changed from API 11 TO API 12.

Hi,
There is no concept of API 11 and API 12. Coding and API of Odoo 11 and Odoo 12 are same. There are difference between the features provided in each versions, like accounting reports are not there in CE etc. You can follow the same coding pattern you have done in odoo 11 for the odoo 12 too.
