I have this business case, I am implementing a company that has Time Off and Attendances for managing both time and attendance as well as for the proper management of Time Off. (Balance in life is the key 🧘♂️).
The company wants to allow employees to take time off using its extra hours, let me give you an example:
Mitchell Admin worked so hard this month (He is an overachiever and a rockstar 😎) and has accumulated 8 extra hours this month. He wants to use them to take a day off to come back with all the energy again.
My question is, how can I do this in Odoo? Is it possible? 🤔
