Hello, I have menu and i want this menu to be visible specific group but everyone can see this menu

this is my code

    name="My Custom Menu"
    sequence="100"
    groups="hr.group_hr_manager"/>

this menu has child menu but child menu doesn't have specific group and i think it's reason why is this menu visible to all user. 


am i correct? or is there else version?

Hi,

Can you please ensure from the user interface that, for the newly created menu contains only the above mentioned groups.


You can try as follows:

1. Enable Developer mode

2. Go to General Settings->Technical->Menu items (check screenshot below)




3. Search and open your create Custom Menu item, and from the form view, check the Access rights tab and see the  groups added in that.




Please ensure that you have only HR manager groups added here, if not please remove the other groups from this tab and see how it works.
