Hello Odoo Community,

I hope you're all doing well.

I'm currently working on setting up a WhatsApp template in Odoo to send to customers, allowing them to confirm or cancel their upcoming appointments. I'm using the template's variable feature to automatically insert the appointment details into the message.

However, I'm running into an issue with determining the correct field to pull the upcoming appointment date from the model. Specifically, I need to know which field should be used in the template to ensure that the correct date is populated.

If anyone has experience with this or can guide me on which field to use to pull the upcoming appointment date into the template, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello,

I was kind of able to do it, but it pulls all the info (Date, Start Time and End Time, and timezone). I was not able to do it with just the date and start time. I assume it could be doable by adding one or two new field in studio, but it would be too much of a hassle. 

What I was not able to do was find a proper way to define who msg should be sent to. It will try to send it to myself and the client, which gives an error.
