I have created a new app with Odoo Studio, and then a model within this app. However, the model appears in the main dashboard next to the app that I have created.
I believed, by creating a model in the app it will only appear in the menu of it.
I might fix this issue in the views setting but I don't know how ...

Hi,
If you are looking to adjust the position of the app, ie, if you don't need to show the added menu in the home screen, you can move it to needed position.
Follow below steps:
* activate developer mode
* navigate to Settings -> Technical -> User Interface -> Menu Items
* search and open your menu
* currently it's parent will be empty, that's why it comes in home screen
* you can set a parent menu for this, so that it will come under that menu and wont come in home screen
