Please help me to understand 'Default Tax and Tags' in Chart of accounting.
I found a definition for 'Default Tax'
`this is the default tax applied to purchases or sales using this account. It enables the system to propose tax entries automatically when entering data in a journal manually.`
Then i created a journal entry manually. But no tax lines were created.
Default tax in accounts(account.account) is mainly used in invoices(account.invoice), HR expense(hr.expense).
For example if you assign local sales account a default tax, then the tax will be applied to customer invoices.

As Patrick Kansongo Lukusa suggest "The tags are used in accounting reports such as the Cash Flow report in the enterprise edition"

As per understanding just for some extra reference and filtering.(not sure about the applications.
