I wanted to know if it's posable add odoo enterprise apps in odoo community after purchasing accounting and inventory

No this is not possible, it is in fact not allowed. You would do a direct breach of the enterprise license.
If you buy enterprise apps you will need the enterprise license too, so you better buy it all at once.
