Designer
We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in creating visually impactful designs that align with our brand identity. In this role, you will also be responsible for conceptualizing and designing user-friendly web interfaces.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to execute projects for both digital and print media.

Graphic Design
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, branding materials, presentations, and product packaging.
Develop engaging and consistent design assets.
Brand Consistency
Ensure consistency in branding elements, style, and messaging across all design assets to maintain a strong and recognizable brand identity.
Quality Assurance
Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues.
Ensure that the final product aligns with the original design and meets quality standards.
Coding
Translate design concepts into responsive front-end code using HTML and CSS.
Collaborate with the development team to implement and integrate design elements into websites.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketing officers, and product owners, to bring design concepts to life.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and innovative ideas to enhance the overall user experience.
About you
Conceive innovative visual concepts and designs that captivate and engage the audience.
Efficiently oversee every intricate stage of the designing process, seamlessly transitioning from initial concept creation to the ultimate hand-off of the finalized product.
Thoroughly analyze and incorporate feedback, making meticulous adjustments to ensure the end result meets expectations in terms of quality.
Deliver comprehensive and well-organized design files that meet the standards of maintainability for future iterations and modifications.
Identify and address complex UI/UX issues, employing a problem-solving mindset to enhance the overall user experience and interface design.
Collaborate with various Odoo teams, fostering a cohesive working environment that maximize project outcomes.
Must have
- Creative and autonomous.
- Knowledge of fundamental typography & design principles.
- Understanding of branding principles & design best practices.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools.
- A good understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid work permit for Belgium.
Nice to have
- Git / Github / Bootstrap
- Any other European language is a plus.
- Knowledge of Odoo Website Builder and CMS.
- Knowledge of ERP or digital product development process.
What we offer
Full-time CDI / hybrid position
38 hours/week with 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
Internal and external training
12 days / year, including 6 of your choice, for personal development.
