Responsibilities
Your role within the organization will focus on the Accounts Payable (AP) side. Your daily tasks are mainly done from our office in Sai Ying Pun.
While there is a focus on AP, you will also be able to experience AR and various responsibilities, such as:
- Partner commission bills
- Expense notes
- Payments to suppliers
- Bank reconciliation
- Petty cash
- Perform accounts reconciliation activities
- Work on month-end and year-end closing
- Make recommendations to improve existing processes or put new processes in place
- Assist with financial audits
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Cantonese would be a plus
- Strong willingness to learn a new accounting system (Odoo Accounting App)
- Experience of being in contact / working with sales or other internal and external teams
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills

- Overseas working experience would be a plus
- Experience of working in a startup or SME
- Good knowledge about ERP, business management software, and tech industry in general
