Your company  to have a correct address in order to validate this invoice.

Set the address of your company (Don't forget the State field)

Go to Company configuration

Hi,

Please add the address into your company profile. 

Please go to settings - Companies and update the Address (Like Street, State, Country etc. )into your company.

Hope it will help you.
