hey, i would like to create a form on my website with the form builder but

when i take "create a lead", i have this error: An error has occurred, the form has not been sent.

when i take "send a email", it says the form has been send but we don't find it, neither in the leads, neither in the mails.

Does someone know how to fix this? We would like to have a lead with the infos of the contact, thanks
