Default form view should show in screen

hi all

I need to set default page as 'form view' and i can set that. the issue is i am not able to see the previous data which has been saved. i don wan 'tree view'.

is there any method for that. if possible how?

Form view is not equipped with record selection capability.  If you don't want to have tree view, consider calendar view, kanban view, etc. as the anchor view to select the record you want to see.
