To support their cross-border operations and ensure regulatory compliance—particularly with Saudi Arabia’s ZATCA e-invoicing requirements—Alis Global required a robust and centralized ERP system. AZ Spaces is a contemporary coworking space located opposite Expo Centre Gate 2 in Johar Town, Lahore. Catering to startups, freelancers, and remote teams, they offer flexible desks, private offices, and meeting rooms within a professional and collaborative environment. As their customer base grew, managing recurring memberships, one-time bookings, invoicing, and financial reporting manually became inefficient and error-prone—hindering scalability and affecting the client experience. To resolve these challenges, we deployed a tailored Odoo solution. The Subscription module automated recurring billing, plan renewals, and client communications, while the Accounting module streamlined financial reporting, tax compliance, and payment reconciliation. With Odoo, AZ Spaces now runs its operations efficiently and at scale—delivering a seamless, tech-enabled experience for its growing community.

BD Traders is a growing trading company in Pakistan, specializing in the distribution of high-quality electrical goods.
