Hello,

It would be highly beneficial to digitize customer orders (B2B) by using the customer number to define the profile, the item codes, and the quantities for each product line. The profile's price list would then automatically update the prices, representing a significant time savings and an increase in volume across many sectors. Additionally, the client's PDF order would be automatically linked to our company's order in Odoo, which would be a major advantage for accounting, as these orders are currently processed manually. They wouldn't need to be digitized when transferred to invoices.

Digitization is beneficial for fixed costs or services but unnecessary for variable costs that require stock tracking and the creation of order documents (purchase/sale). I believe this represents a clear competitive advantage.
