For a Property Management System , payment is to be collected for monthly bills and maintenance based on calculations.
I am trying find ways to build this flow, but getting only e-commerce or subscription based payment flows only.
Any reference on how this can be achieved for custom modules/apps ?

Since Invoices do not require products, creating them is optional, you can just describe the charge and choose the income account.
