Hi All,

Can any one guide me for below scenario how to map it in ODOO 10 enterprise;

1. New additions need to be added to existing Asset, what would be the process ? 

    Asset value is increasing when addition is made.

  Example:  existing asset (truck) current value is 97,000  in March 2017 i purchased new tires (amounting to 3,000 ) which i need to add to asset value so that at end of the March 2017 my asset value increases to 1,00,000

I would like to pick up this (old) question as I have a similar scenario (now in Odoo 16).

We capitalise the cost for the Odoo implementation. So I created an asset by the end of last year which started to depreciate with Jan'24.

Now additional cost for the implementation comes up as further developments have been made. How can I book the invoice for this additional developments so it increases the asset value in April and a new depreciation path is calculated from April onward?
